Shipping Policy:

Thank you for supporting Cut Creations! Each order is lovingly made to order, so please allow time for your item to be created and prepared for postage.

Processing & Turnaround Time:

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.

This is the time required to create, personalise, quality-check and package your order. Processing time begins once your order and all required personalisation details have been received.

Please note that processing time DOES NOT include postage/delivery time.

Shipping:

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the postage provider. Cut Creations is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery services, including delays due to busy periods, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Important Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Cut Creations is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to resend the order.

Urgent Orders:

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know whether we are able to accommodate your deadline.

During busy periods, including holidays and special occasions, processing times may be longer. Any updated processing times will be communicated where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, it is their responsibility to deliver the parcel safely and within their estimated delivery timeframe. If your tracking indicates an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
